A Celestial Encounter in Voi
On a business odyssey with the Luvici Field Team (LFT), amidst the amber dusk of Voi’s gemlands, a long-trusted friend arrived—bearing a secret from the kenyan northern border with Ethiopia

An Offering from the Highlands of Shakiso
From the fabled Kenticha mine, nestled in Ethiopia’s Seba Boru district, near the Shakiso emerald belt—an area whispered to rival the grandeur of Colombia’s finest—came a raw wonder: a parcel of emerald-bearing stone, 200 km north of Moyale, veined with hidden promise.

Born in Rock, Revealed by Art
Originally weighing 3.3g with its host rock, the gem lay cloaked in the earth’s embrace. With surgical precision, the commissioned lapidary;

  • 🪚 Trimmed away the rugged matrix

  • 🎨 Preformed the crystal with reverence

  • 🔬 Dopped, faceted, polished, and inspected it under watchful eyes
    Each movement, a ritual—each facet, a hymn to clarity.

Preserving Purity, Embracing Nature
Emeralds are Type III gems, nature’s delicate scrolls inscribed with inclusions. Yet here, we preserved its most lucid regions, minimizing clouded zones to magnify its brilliance—not erasing its truth, but elevating it.

Octagon Cut – A Modern Halo
Chosen for its divine symmetry and youthful appeal, the gem was masterfully cut into an octagon—a silhouette of strength and infinity. Ideal for:

  • 💍 A regal solitaire ring

  • 📿 A luminous pendant centerpiece

A Stone of Stories & Stardust
This gem is more than matter—it is a cosmic inheritance, a gift from ancient veins of the Earth to the fingertips of the present. Shaped by destiny, this emerald is not just seen—it is felt.
